UIC00A problem with DSPIC30F6015 programming

Actually UIC00A only works for PICs with operating voltage up to 5V (dsPIC30F). So it should be able to program your chip, even we never tested it. If you need to program a 3.3V PIC, you can do as suggested by robosang, or get our new UIC00B :D
