now have to proceed further, that how to use MATLAB to communicate PIC16F877A with UART??

Think about this: A talks (mouth), B listens (ears); B talks (mouth), A listens (ears).
Then we assume: mouth = TX, ears = RX
You can't talk using your ears and listen using your mouth. Hope you got what i mean...

Actually i didn't see any problem at the 2nd picture attached in your previous post. Anyway, you've solve it. Congrats!

No experience working with MATLAB...sorry~ But since it's UART, i think there's sth to interface with Serial Port in the MATLAB. Just drag it out and set to the correct configuration. Should have lotsa example or tutorial talking about using serial port in MATLAB out there.
