fail to connect UC00A with my laptop

when i plug in UC00A to my laptop, nothing happen, may i know what is the problem?
the found new hardware wizard was not shown, so i cannot install the CMD driver,
furthermore i have check my device manager there still nothing happen

I am using UC00A from Cytron too. Quite some time already. Have yet to see such a problem.

Anyway my guess would be the connection on the PCB or the USB socket.
