hello all. i'm new both here and making a robot. i recently buy PIC18F4580 to make a robot, can someone teach me how i can make a robot from this microcontroller.

Hello there. :)

What kind of robot you want to build with the microcontroller? There are many types of robots, and one of them could be as complex as Transformers. Please specify the type first.

Also, to start on a microcontrolller, you may need to learn how to light up an LED with it. Search around for tutorials in the Net - it's plenty of them.
