how to make solar charger controller???

i have a problem here... can you guys help me to do solar charger controller?
can u all teach me how to do it?
this solar charger must have MPPT (maximum power point tracking)
anything information about this charger, just let me know... about charger circuit or how to implement the MPPT...

i want to charge battery lead acid (6V 4.5MH) / 12V

from there i see thre are quite alot algorithm to track the max power point.

before start any, i think u will need to search, how to charge lead acid battery 1st.
