New PIC24F TFT board

A 24F PIC!
With 32K static RAM, and 2 Megabyte serial FLASH, and a color TFT.
Power supply: Lithium Ion CR123 with 3 MHz DC/DC, and USB charger.
Right now, just the LED blinks with TIMER interrupt.
Interrupts seem to be much better than on 16F.
For the RAM I will use the parallel Master port + 2 Latches, only a 44pin IC.
