Hey ,
I would like to ask that what are the components we are using in the schematic of the pre-mentioned sensor's schematic diagram.
I want to interface it with Pic Microcontroller and want to simulate it in Proteus software. plz do let me know what are the components we r using .

The Q1 in the schematic is just a generic NPN transistor. You can simulate it with any model.

Sir,
Actually i want to design the soil moisture sensor my self and this is the best sensor i can use for my project. In my project i have to interface it with PIC18f458 . so i need a proper circuit layout of this sensor

. i will b highly highly thankful to u

Obviously, you know nothing about schematic and product, and you do not take effort to understand it.
I do not have this sensor, but looking at the photo and understand the function of this sensor (it is meant to measure moisture), the pad 1 and pad 2 is the PCB track that extended out from the sensor where you "plug" into soil. Connector is the socket where you connect wires.
Think 1st! That is what engineers do!
