What do you mean by Sync? How is it being controlled?

Show us the hardware in detailed, what power source are you using? How is it being controlled from the controller?

Not enough power from your battery, that is my guess.

12V from where? what kind of battery u are using.

can u try to control the speed of a single motor 1st? try to change speed from 0 to full speed.
thanks&regards,

one thing, my timer 2 pwm period is 51 micro second. is it suitable to 3 volt motor?
then is it correct to use timer 2 also in CCP2 PMW mode?

if u are using timer 2 in PWM mode, do not change the PR value since PR2 value will determine the period of the PWM. PWM frequency normally is in Kilo Hertz range. the higher frquency u have, u will get lower resolution of PWM. u try to read the datasheet of PIC. CCPR2 registers value will determine your duty cycle.

you can use the timer 2 interrupt as counter, but do not simply change the PR2 value.
