Modules arrived today.

Connected one to a PIC32 (MX210D-016).

It's not ready yet, just some photos from the construction. I will make a page + post a picture when it is working.

Got the LED blinking yesterday on the PIC32.

MPLABX is slow on my small netbook when using PIC32.
Configuration is more difficult, but looking up websites, I got along with the timer.

Reading the display PDF, it looks as it supports scrolling.
Also the chip itself supports 160x128 as well- I tried one of these displays a year ago.
From the PDF it was not clear to me it supports scrolling.

Is it the same chip perhaps, since resolutions/interface are the same? Was a 1.8" TFT, now using 1.44"

It has a webpage now, added SD card slot, compass sensor.

wired up the SD card slot today.

I removed the MX210D16 and changed to 120D32.
ICSP is on different pins and no USB.

Update here: https://plus.google.com/b/1167511473934 ... rCE2P9Cnia

Got the SD card / file system working today. Most of the 32K memory is used up! 70%.

Also have a compass sensor now and a 512K serial FLASH. Need to change again to 64K or 128K chip. Guess I buy some 128K chips since there is no meaningful saving.

Actually I had some trouble to get the SD card slot working- then I found I had LAT instead of PORT for the serial input.
