Can I use PIC to capture pictures remotely and send to my smart phone via GSM network?

There are many model of PIC microcontroller. Some are very basic, 8-bit, 6-pin only! Some is 32-bit and running at few hundreds MHz. So it depends on what is your requirement. Yes it can be done with PIC.
