SN-HC-SR04 + PIC16F887

Dear Sir/Madam,
Good day, I'm using the MPLAB X + XC8 to compile the same source code that provided in the 'SN-HC-SR04 + PIC16F887' page. However the compile looks like 'BUILD SUCCESSFUL' but from the code itself the MPLAB IDE showed an error for '__delay_us();' as 'unable to resolve identifier __delay_us' error.
My question, this error detected by MPLAB X IDE will cause the code is not working?

Hi engkiang,

Since the build is SUCCESSFUL (ignore the error on __delay_us), did you try to upload the code to PIC? Is it works?

Hi Idris,
Thanks for the reply, I haven't get any hardware ready to test it out. Hence I'm new to embedded programming and PIC microcontroller but I'm in progress purchase the hardware as well.
