controlling DC brush motor is not running

Postby badrul » Fri Nov 20, 2009 2:58 pm

Hi,
I’m badrul. Yesterday I asked to admin@cytron.com.my regarding my problems. I bought a project of controlling DC brush motor (10A). After completed soldering and transferred the program that was downloaded from your website, it doesn't run. Relay got a signal but the motor still can't turn.
Then, I did as well as they recommended and another alternative way is I checked the motor driver using switch without microcontroller that was created by following your manual instruction (Product User’s Manual – MD10B) but still got the same result. For your information, I used MPlab ide v8.15, compiler HI-TECH, and UIC00A for programming and PICkit v2.55 for the software programmer. Whereas the file attached is the source code that I’m using to program the IC. Could you please do me a favour to solve the problems?

Hi Badrul, it seem the motor driver is having problem. We need to check it and verify where is the problem is. Can you send an email to our support and they will give you a warranty form. Fill in the form and send back together with the motor driver. We will test the motor driver in our office and send it back to you once it is done repaired.
