FPX Payment Problem

At 09/01/2010, I make a purchase. I make payment by FPX. At that time, internet connection slow. Then FPX payment succesfull but not update to the cytron payment. It's like I not paid yet, but my maybank have been deducted. How I want to resolve this? I have report this to cytron through e-mail.

Yes, just report this to Cytron sales team to email. They will check the system for you. Do not worry about the payment. The system will record it.

Thank you. So, now I'm not worried so much. Just want to know, how long it will check? Need to check with Net Builder right.

I am not sure what is the period needed for them to check, normally it will take a few days only. Anyway have you contacted our sales?

hi, as I follow-up your case with our sales department, they have reply a similar request to the email of: shahrul_rejab@yahoo.com, is this your email address?

The reply is:
"We had verify with Netbuilder and bank. Your payment had been rejected and bank will refund to you in this few day. Please feel free to contact me again for further inquiry. Thanks!"

Can you check your Maybank to verify it?
