Anyone here used credit cards to make our payment? Do they ask anything extra? (eg. pin number)

I've never buy from Cytron using credit card but usually you will need to setup an online payment secure code or things like that for the first time of using credit card online. I experienced the same issue when I was trying to purchase from other site. However, I've already forgot whether the problem was solved through a call to the credit card helpline or directly go to the branch...

Yup, you need the secure code. If you have done any other transaction, the id and password is the same. It will redirect you to a third party secure site to complete the transaction.
