Hi, Cytron guys
I registered the online shopping with my existing company email address, and guess there is the email routing problem with the my existing email address. This cause me cannot reset my password, because I didn't receive any email from cytron.com, although it did prompt "Password Has Been Reset Successfully. Please check your email". I did email to admin/sales/support at cytron.com.my several times, but no response and reply received.
I did purchase before from cytron.com.my, and have some points for redemption. Could I request to change the problematic email address to my another personal email address?
