CT-ARM Error Downloading Board Manager URL

CT-ARM Error Downloading Board Manager URL

I am using Arduino 1.6.10 currently, and when I opened it up, I found that it has error downloading the board manager URL. Does it meant this version of Arduino IDE is not supported?

Hi,

Currently we have changed the download url to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CytronTechnologies/Cytron-ARM-Arduino-URL/master/package_cytron_arm_index.json. You may need to refer this page to verify this. Thanks.

I just try with the latest Arduino IDE 1.8.1 with no error. You can refer to this VIDEO.
