windows not detect my cytron urc10 board

hi, i recntly buy cytron urc10 board, after connect to my pc and laptop, windows cannot detect the urc10.
i already installing the driver ch340 required for the urc10 but still not solving the issues.. can anyone help me...

Can share the Device manager? Print screen of the Device Manager when the URC10 is being plug in.
