Send/Rec SMS w/SIM7600 Cytron tutorial, odd characters

I'm trying to replicate this https://www.cytron.io/tutorial/send-receive-sms-using-sim7600-gsm-module-arduino Cytron project, but I'm getting some strange characters back from the SIM7600NA-H board I'm using.



I changed the (GSM_BAUD) baud rate from 9600 to 115200 to operate with my board, other than that no other code changes.

I get no response from the 'LED13 ON' or ''ENABLE BUTTON' SMS commands.

Any advice appreciated.

It is working now after I reset the module baud rate to 9600.
I had been trying to use the module default 115200 with the Uno SoftwareSerial set to 115200.
