How to program into AVR w/o Arduino kit

AVR Studio 4 cannot connect to my board, so I download Extreme Burner from the link u shared, and choose my microcontroller.
Finally works! :D

Oh you were using AVR Studio 4 ? I don't think AVR Studio support USBasp programmer.
The one support USBasp is AVRdude and you can get it by installing WinAVR.
