RF Receiver signal

I am trying to integrate a quadrotor from a accelerometer, gyro, futaba RF PCM radio controller, and arduino atmega2560. Is that possible identifying the output signal from the RF receiver and combined it with the output of the sensors, process it before pass it to the motor for the controlling purpose as I am having some difficulties in analyzing the signal from the receiver.
