Problem to download program to arduino mega 2560

Hi all.. :cry:
please help me how to download example program tu my arduino mega 2560 r3,
i know its not using FTDI..but then how to communicate with it?
please help me...its been a week i stuck to this problem... :cry:

Is that PC/laptop detect new COM Port after connect the arduino mega?
I never use arduino yet.

Hi, no, the PC/laptop not detect a new COM port after connect the arduino mega.
FYI i do not have any problem when using arduino Duemilanove.
any help please..

when i connect my arduino..this appear in device manager..

i belive my arduino is spoil and need a replacement..(refer to link i attached below)
