I saw from this link, can i just use adruino-duemilanove rather than adruino-uno? From what i know, i can program adruino- uno by connecting to computer by usb but how about adruino-duemilanove? Can it be programmed by using usb oso?

Yeah, you can also use Arduino-Due. It use the same method to upload the sketch which is using USB. Very easy to use.
