hi, i m upload this code to my arduino uno board…
after done uploading, the command window appear the word below:
avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0×00

so what is the problem??

Which pin you connect SKPS? If connect SKPS in pin 0 and pin 1, remove that pin while downloading.

analog button from ps2 joystick also use to control alrdy^^
