How is the hardware setup? Can share a photo?

Is the baudrate correct? Have the SKXBee driver being installed?

After connecting everything just like in the USB Starter Kit User Manual (http://www.cytron.com.my/usr_attachment ... Manual.pdf) , I download the USB driver from http://www.cytron.com.my/viewProduct.php?pcode=SKXBEE and extract it into my computer. According to FTDI Driver Installation guide (http://www.cytron.com.my/usr_attachment ... (FT_000093).pdf) page 6, it says that after unzip the driver file into the pc, then connect the usb port to pc, if the fevice is based on ft2232, the microsoft composite device will automatically loaded. Unfortunately that doesn't happen.

I don think the driver will install automatically the 1st time. The window composite driver is just basic USB driver, the guide also stated that after the composite driver is loaded, the Found New Hardware wizard will appear.

Did you see any message pop up when you plug the USB in?

Do you see any USB Serial Port (COMx) under device manager?

if the port can already be detected, doesn't that means the driver has already been installed? but there is no sign of Found New Hardware wizard appearing.
