Cannot read usb arduino

Did u hear anything on computer speaker when plug in and off the arduino? like other usb devices, windows will give sound when somthing plugged or unplug from computer.

yes... i hear some pop sound, but not recognize anything. i think my laptop is the problem. why my device like this, have many Bluetooth peripheral device?

is ur Arduino the second arduino uno u attached to ur computer?

if that is the case, in Device Manager, go to

view> show hidden device

do u see arduino uno under Ports(COM & LPT)?

if yes, then right click the name and then choose "scan for hardware change".

there should be new arduino name appear there with different COM.

thanks.... i have found my port arduino uno, but why my computer have many Bluetooth peripheral device? like the picture...

i think it doesnt matter. but if u are bothered by it, maybe just right click the name of the device one by one and then click disable? if u dont have bluetooth devices and dont intend to use it, i think it is ok to just disable those. if i am wrong, i hope someone can come and say that.

Thanks faisal! Never know there's this option in Device Manager. I thought it's available in folder option only
