help on arduino driver problem

I tried to install cytron uno driver to my laptop, but it always either cause blue screen of death or it pops out a window says that driver couldn't be update.
By the way, my laptop model is Asus X550D with AMD A6, AMD HD 8670M Radean, 2* 3.0 usb ports, win10.

Hi veehan95,

Do you have downloaded the correct version of FTDI driver?

If the problem persist, could you share a few photos which can describe the problems/errors?
