1st try with PINGUINO

I've tried the standalone installer. I can't program my 18F4550. Only successfully compiled it. I also noticed that the pin assignment for PICuno Equo in the IDE is not the same as PICuno Equo's schematic provided. I guess we still have to wait for next version to get PICuno Equo supported.
