I was not able to get a demo version of the Maple program for ploting the graph above.

Is the equation "(a/x^1.8)+b" generated by Maple after entering the co-ordinates on the graph? How to do this on a scientific graphical calculator like HP48G or TI84+? Is Excel capable of doing this?
