Raspbery Pi I2C Address for HAT-MDD10?

Postby msheald » Mon Mar 12, 2018 5:11 am

Hello! I purchased the HAT-MDD10 for my Raspberry Pi in order to control a couple of motors. I have several other items on the I2C bus.

Before I install it, I wanted to see what the default I2C address is and how to change the address if there is a conflict.

Thank you and best regards.

There is no I2C address on HAT-MDD10, please do check the User's Manual

The DIR (Direction) and PWM (Speed) pins are tied to: Check page 5 of User's Manual
PWM1 tied to GPIO12
DIR1 tied to GPIO26
PWM2 tied to GPIO13
DIR2 tied to GPIO24

You can only use 1 HAT-MDD10 on a Raspberry Pi.
