Bluetooth with Color LCD display text Sending via android

Hi,

I intend to share this project which extended from http://forum.cytron.com.my/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=12447

This round is using bluetooth module and receive test from android phone and display it on Color LCD. You can watch from video below.



The Bluetooth module i brougth from same supplier http://www.lelong.com.my/bluetooth-module-uart-gigasitron-149369370-2015-05-Sale-P.htm

Basically, the android phone need a software to send data over phone's bluetooth. The android software can found in android SDK from goolge. before can send text, pairing is needed. Using this bluetooth is very simple, just open uart and straight can send and received data by MCU.

The TFT color LCD can supports all ascii Hope have fun!

Very high end project! by the way, instead of using android, can you use a laptop bluetooth with your own application to send to your development board to display the text? I saw the TFT LCD price is RM80, worth than using a high end character display because it cannot show bitmap yet cannot change font and color. Mind to send me some of your project information? The bluetooth module so small and cheap

Yup, i have tried my own application using C# communicating Laptop build in bluettooh, it is able to connect and send message to the board

The challenge to use TFT LCD is to understand the driver and make font library.
