Maybe you could create your own library for 2 pin push button? We are not familiar Eagle so cannot help much, sorry about that.

the 2nd switch you can just replace them with header pins, it should fit

Hi, the leg distance is 200mil (5.08mm). is can fit into standard strip board.

Then, you should be able to use header to represent it too. Unless you want the trouble to create them XD

Try this out. Not sure if its right as i dont have the full dimension except the distance between the pins
