ESP-WIFI cant connect to Cayenne IOT Project Builder

Using Cytron Shield ESP-WIFI Rev 2.0 on Arduino UNO but not able to connect to Cayenne dashboard. Appreciate your advice.

Do you able update new firmware for esp-wifi with latest firmware?

Hi, I am a newbie. How do I check that it is the latest firmware and if not how do I update.

You can refer to Cytron ESP8266 WiFi Shield User's Manual under section 8.0 Firmware Installation (page 18).
