Cytron C55R Servo

I need more details regarding it

If I wish to use Vcc at 7.0V, what is the tolerance limit? How high or low can I go to get constant 13.00 kg.cm?
Because I have never seen a servo operating at 7.0V (most are 6.0V max) how safe is it in this voltage?

Also, what is the optimum current for it to function?
