MDDS30 Change rate

I've been using the MDDS30 in both PWM and analog mode and I would like to know if it's possible to modify the output rate of change, since it seems to have a 50 ms ramp when changing from 0% to 100% duty cycle. I am trying to generate an intentional 50 Hz vibration.
