Sorry, never use motion card before, DAQ card, Yes. Anyway most of the card will come with driver and library for user to develop their own GUI. Of course there should also be a simple sample program to show the operation.

that's means i got the right one. There is a driver & library with vb,vc and so on.
So...i hope my machine can make the 1st project this week...
