UIC00B and PIC24FJ64GB002

Postby eximperial » Wed Oct 27, 2010 4:01 pm

How do i connect the pins for PIC24FJ64GB002? i already connect VDD, PGC, PGD and Vss. MCLR should go to Vpp and VDD? Besides that, the programmer shows an error to check proper capacitance on Vcap. I had also used a 10uF cap there but the error is still there. Help, anyone?

MCLR should be connected to Vpp.

Is that surface mount PIC? How do you connect it? Yes, as kl84 said MCLR is VPP.

I don think there should be any capacitor at any pin.... where did you put the cap? Putting it will only make thing worst.

Put a .1uF cap on the power rail near the uC. and there is a cap you and folow the recommended connection on the datasheet
