SK40C-NOT FUNCTION WELL

hello, i want to ask regarding SK40C product, before this, there is no problem used....even i hae used it for many times...but start today....why led for powered supply first light up and then light off?do you know what exactly the problem that i faced right now? can i send to cytron to recheck back? if i not mistaken, i just bought that this year

How do you power up this SK40C? Through USB or DC plug? If USB, can you try to move the USB mini plug gently after it's plugged into the socket. If the LED light up and off while you're shaking the plug, it must be the socket's problem.
