PICKIT2 & PIC16F84A

Can UIC00B program this PIC? I have bought it and when I want to program, I can't click at PICKit2 (usually can for PIC16F877A), like this PIC don't support PICKit2.

I used PIC16F84A with UIC before, no problem, where you open PICkit2? From MPLAB IDE or standalone? As I know, MPLAB IDE does not support the loading/reading of program to/from PIC16F84A. The standalone PICkit2 software have no problem to complete the task.
