hi lolo,

i am not so familiar with PHP language, but i suggest u to read some on the features of the language specially about the com port/serial port/rs232 communication with PHP. that will help u to find out more on how to interface.

gsm probaly use the serial communication at 5v level, 3.3v which is called UART. PIC has the UART also.

Better you program PIC with liquid level sensor first. Forget the other.
After you understand ADC, then goes to GSM and PHP.

Agree with Shahrul. If you are totally a beginner in this, please try with the simplest first like programming a LED blinking to SK40C.

You program the PIC, the liquid level sensor does not need to program but you need to send command to it.

1. To program the PIC, use the Zif kit or connect the programmer to the start up kit.
2. Look for the manual for the programmer and find, MCLR, Vdd, Gnd, PGD, PGC and connect accordingly. Dont forget to power up the PIC.

you need to read the gsm device manual ^_^
