how to use UIC00B and UIC-A

hi all,
As the topic itself, how can I program a PIC16F84A using UIC00B and UIC-A which pin on the UIC-A should I connect to the PIC?

Plug UIC00B onto UIC-A using the rainbow cable provided. Use 5 out of the 6 wires from UIC-A and refer to this link..
