Error failed to verify

I need help with my programmer(PICKIT2)(SK40C)....

It has an error when i try connect(fail to verify) and i identified the problem.

When i removed the oscillator,it can connect.

So What should i do with the oscillator?

Never see this problem before 8-) as long as I have use SK40C and the programmer. I have been using this kit since 2008 when it is still version B.

Anyway if you are sure the program is loaded, just put back the oscillator since you finished loading program.
