Error in programming: Include File

Hi I want to use SN-HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Range Finder, SK40C PIC Start-up kit, and SC16A Servo Controller.
I tried to build my code in MPLAB + HITECH C Compiler, but I have error in ultrasonic.h, usart.h, and delays.h.
May I know where can I find those include files? Tq.

Where you get the main file oh?
