may i know this type of motor

maximum can drive how many weight of load? although the torque and rpm information is given,

but in practically, is this type of motor possible to drive a load and still run in quite fast speed???

Nop, the RPM is rated at no load condition, most specification is measure in that condition.

It will depends on the load you are talking about, there can be load heavy enough to stop the motor from moving.

you can choose motor with better torque and speed, and if you don need the torque and speed, you can control it using microcontroller and some software algorithm.
