HELLO,

I AM USING THIS DC GEARED MOTOR,

CAN THIS MOTOR CALLED AS A SERVO MOTOR?

IF YES, HOW DOES THIS MOTOR WORK?

hi,

normal DC gear motor is different from servo.
servo can be used in positioning, but DC gear motor, we hardly knows the position.

Servo is actually referring to a system with feedback or error-correction signals to help achieve the desired output, such as position, speed, temperature and water level. Without servo, a system is open-loop.

So a servo motor is a motor with feedback signal to control the position of the shaft or speed of rotation. I think you're asking about the rc servo motor. This site gives you the comparison:
