need advise for fyp project.

hai, i'm currently doing my fyp project and the project is about an automated roof system. the roof will open and close automatically. i need an advise about DC and SERVO motor and which one is better to use.

If you do small prototype only, servo motor can be use.
If you do bigger, better to use DC motor.
