can a servo motor (c36s) control with NE555 IC?

i make one ne555 servo driver and it work well with cytron servo (c36r & c40r) but it doesnt work on the servo hat i bought from rc store. (hextronik servo). :)

Hextronik servo is also a RC servo motor, right? It is supposed to work if the circuit work for C36R and C40R.
Is the RC pulse different?
