SPG30-300K dc geared motor

Hi,
My FYP required to use a dc motor to lift up and rotate a 2kg steel bar with 250mm. The bar will direct connect to the motor shaft.
My inquiry is, is this SPG30-300K dc geared motor have enough of power to meet my requirement? And when the power supply is removed, can this dc motor hold and lock the position with carry a 2kg bar?

how u are goin to connect the bar to the motor?how much distance the load from the shaft? how much torque u need?
