Output PLC normally relay output. Then, relay is just like switch and you can connect what ever voltage you want. Just connect the motor with series with output PLC.

If want bidirection, you need to use 4 output PLC and make it connection H-bridge.

can please further explain about H bridge?
how is the connection?

Search on internet H bridge. PLC can't change polarity, it's relay output so just Normally Open or Normally Close.
