G15 Cube Servo

Postby AGPDL » Mon Dec 10, 2012 10:08 am

Hi All,

I have 4 units of the G15 cube servo. One of them seems to be malfunctioning. It just keeps spinning when power is connected. I have tried to factory reset it but still does not solve the problem. I have managed to confirm that at least the address is set to 0x01 when I do the factory reset. I am not sure if the other registers are also set to their default values.

Does anyone have the full list of factory default values for the G15 registers ?

Thank you

hi,

if u have the G15 user manual in hand, u can refer to a table in the user manual which list all the control register address and default values.

thanks & regards,

Did the servo LED blink 4 times when you factory reset it?

I got 2 pcs 8-) Been working fine out of box.... just the gear sound a bit noisy, but is still fine for me!

Anyway, stop playing it after initial test, busy with other stuff

I have two G15 only, cannot verify that. Anyway, both the terminal on G15 shield are same, so I guess it would the connection between G15. It might the signal or power is not connected properly.

Ya, maybe one of the servos has some connection problem. Maybe try to rearrange the order, and try to find out which is faulty.
