choose the right brushless motor for project

i want to change the outdoor unit air cond(1HP) fan motor which conventionaly used induction motor by VEXTA Brushless motor(50watt)-BLH450K-05...

induction: vexta brushless:
pwr source: 220/1Ph/50Hz pwr source: 24Vdc
rtd input pwr: 32W rtd current: 3.1A
rtd current: 0.26A rtd output pwr: 50W
motor output: 23 rtd speed: 2500rpm
motor speed: 930rpm
poles: 8

i want to make sure the vexta motor reliable to rotate the same fan motor in outdoor air cond to achive the same speed 930rpm... please tell me what the specification/parameter to consider if i want to use the right brushless dc motor instead of induction motor so that the brusless dc motor able to move the fan...
